Construction Begins for Jinghe Huicui Plaza Project in Xixian New Area

 Following preliminary communication and surveying, the power distribution project for Jinghe Huicui Plaza in Xixian New Area, Xianyang City, has begun construction. The project is located south of Chongwen Second Road in Jinghe New City and east of Zhengyang Avenue, adjacent to Chongwen Middle School to the east and the Power Building to the south. The development consists of a commercial podium, one LOFT office building, two SOHO office buildings, and two apartment buildings. The LOFT apartments have a floor height of about 5.4 meters (which can be divided into two floors), with unit areas ranging from about 35 to 68 m². The product offers high flexibility and strong functionality, providing young entrepreneurs with personalized spaces for living upstairs and working downstairs. The space can be planned for studios, boutiques, or live-streaming rooms.

      The project is only about 1.5 kilometers from the Jinghe Management Committee. Just one road away is the massive community of Chongwen Jiayuan, separated from Chongwen Middle School by a wall, and adjacent to Jinghe First Primary School. It is also about 700 meters from the under-construction Xianyang-Jinghe Hospital, and just one road away from Jing'an Plaza · Outlets, with its own commercial facilities and surrounding prosperous business activity.
       Jinghe Huicui Plaza is being developed by Xixian New Area Jinghe New City Shangcheng Real Estate Co., Ltd., designed by Shanghai China Construction Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd., and constructed by China Railway First Group as the general contractor. Jiuwei Busway is responsible for surveying through Yan Jing (Fang Gong) and for installation commissioning through Hai Yun (Xing Gong).

       Hai Yun (Xing Gong), a supervisor of Jiuwei Busway, has more than 20 years of experience in busway production, surveying, and installation at well-known companies. He previously served as an electrical busway process engineer and busway surveying engineer at Delixi Group. He is proficient in the full process of busway development, design, production, and installation, and has led projects such as the power busway installation at Hunan Taoyuan Central Hospital, Luzhou Second People’s Hospital, and Shanxi Ruisai Ke Environmental Technology. All of the projects he managed passed acceptance on the first attempt and received strong praise from clients.
