Jiuwei Busway Feidong Financial Building Project Completed Successfully

【LatestNews] SMIC has completed MPW tape-out for three chips from Dalian Jiuwei Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd., with packaging and testing expected around October. The third tape-out of the hybrid communication SoC chip is currently undergoing testing.
Recently, thanks to the efforts of Jiuwei Busway Technology Jiangsu Co., Ltd., the Feidong Financial Building Busway project in Hefei was completed successfully.The project's surveying and installation guidance was handled by engineer Gao Jian, with workshop supervisor Gao Meiyun responsible for production, and installation engineer Tang Ruibingresponsible foron-site installation and commissioning.
The Feidong County Financial Building construction project covers 22 mu (about 1.47 hectares), with a total floor area of 102,200square meters, and the building has a total of 36 floors, with an above-ground height of 159.45 meters. The project's main scope included surveying the tie busway between the generator room and distribution room, surveying the horizontal and vertical shaft busways from the distribution room to the end-use floors, and manufacturing and installing the above busways. Because some building spaces were irregular, floor heights were inconsistent, walls and floors had no pre-drilled openings, and some walls were over 500mm thick, the surveying involved significant uncertainty. In addition, some end-use floors already had terminal busway installations completed by other manufacturers, requiring coordination with those manufacturers. Due to the long construction period, no nameplate information could be found on other manufacturers' busways, and tracing back through the general contractor did not turn up the supplier information either, so some busway sections had to be fabricated to match the other party's specifications.
