Jiuwei Busway Xixian New Area Jinghe Huicui Plaza Project Completed
Following preliminary coordination and surveying, the Busway power distribution busway project at Xianyang's Xixian New Area Jinghe Huicui Plaza has been completed. The project is located south of Chongwen 2nd Road and east of Zhengyang Avenue in Jinghe New City, bordered by Chongwen Middle School to the east and the Electric Power Building to the south. It comprises a commercial podium, one LOFT office building, two SOHO office buildings, and two apartment buildings. The LOFT apartments have a floor height of about 5.4 meters (dividable into two levels) and unit sizes of about 35-68 sqm, offering high flexibility and strong functionality — ideal personalized spaces for young entrepreneurs to live upstairs and work downstairs, which can be planned as studios, boutique stores, livestream rooms, and more.

The project is only about 1.5 km from the Jinghe Management Committee, just across the road from the million-square-meter Chongwen Jiayuan community, adjacent to Chongwen Middle School, and close to Jinghe No. 1 Primary School; it is about 700 meters from the (under-construction) Jinghe Hospital affiliated with Xi'an Jiaotong University, and just across the road from Jing'an Hui Outlets, surrounded by bustling commerce.
Jinghe Huicui Plaza was built by Xixian New Area Jinghe New City Shangcheng Real Estate Co., Ltd., designed by Shanghai Zhongjian Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd., and constructed under general contract by China Railway No.1 Engineering Group.Jiuwei Busway Surveying was handled by Fang ("Glasses"), and installation and commissioning by Haiyun ("Xing").
