JW-XLC-III 2mm Copper Compact Busway

The JW-XLC-II 2mm compact busway uses 2mm-thick T2 copper bars as conductors. Its first model passed type testing in 2017 and received national CCC certification. Through structural and process improvements, Jiuwei Busway has made the JW-XLC-II 2mm compact busway operate with stable temperature rise, reliable plug-in performance, and convenient installation. The 2mm-thick conductor fully leverages the skin effect of alternating current, offering a significant current-carrying advantage over traditional 5mm-thick copper conductors.

The JW-XLC-II 2mm compact busway has already been widely used in several key engineering projects in various countries. Since it entered service in 2017, the product line has not experienced any quality issues or failure records. At present, this product line is mainly offered to long-standing customers for bulk low-current requirements.
