Office Park Project: Baixia High-Tech China-Japan Innovation Park Busway Project

Jiuwei Intelligent Technology recently secured an order for smart Busway at a project site located just about 100 meters from our office building.
The project is located in the Baixia High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Qinhuai District, Nanjing, bordered by Yongzhi Road to the east, Zidan Road to the south, Yongfeng Avenue to the west, and the Hongrui plot to the north. The site covers approximately 10,005 square meters, with a planned total floor area of 38,667.6 square meters — 30,019.7 square meters above ground and 8,647.9 square meters below ground. The project was originally planned as two 8-10 story high-rise buildings: Building 01 as the headquarters R&D center with an above-ground floor area of 14,931.5 square meters, and Building 02 as an R&D training and incubation building with an above-ground floor area of 15,088.2 square meters.
This project's smart Busway system primarily serves power distribution for 3 vertical shafts across the 2 buildings. It uses a high-specification 4+1 five-wire Busway system fitted with Schneider Electric components, installed strictly to the design drawings — reflecting the rigor and safety typical of government projects. The building has already been topped out and is currently undergoing facade finishing, with completion expected in May 2021.
