Factory Project: Jiangxi Xinbori Technology Workshop Power Distribution Busway

In May 2020, the workshop power distribution Busway project for Jiangxi Xinbori Technology's 40,000-ton-per-year high-end copper foil facility — one of Jiangxi Province's largest investment projects of 2020 — was completed and delivered by Jiangsu Jiuwei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Jiangxi Xinbori Technology Co., Ltd. brings together an experienced, highly capable team in copper production. The company invested a total of RMB 5 billion in Yingtan High-tech Zone to build this 40,000-ton-per-year high-end copper foil project, specializing in the production of high-performance 6-micron, 5-micron, and 4-micron lithium battery copper foil for high-end power vehicles, as well as copper foil for flexible printed circuit boards (PCB). Once at full capacity, the project is expected to generate output value of RMB 6 billion.
Jiangxi Xinbori Technology's staff maintain a rigorous work style and hold strict requirements for project engineering. All support brackets for this project used angle-steel supports, connecting copper bars oversized beyond specification to ensure safe current-carrying capacity, with expansion joints used over long distances. The Busway used the strictest 4+1 configuration, with the neutral copper conductor cross-section matching the ABC phase conductor cross-sections.
This project used Jiuwei's intelligent Busway system. Jiuwei's intelligent Busway employs integrated broadband wired and wireless communication technology; for the Xinbori project, an advanced domestic 5G communication solution was adopted to upload Busway temperature and humidity data to the server in real time. Project manager Ma Linlin oversaw the entire construction process, and the project was successfully delivered on schedule.
