Office Building Project: Zhuhai Agricultural Products Logistics and Safety Monitoring Center Busway Project

On April 29, 2020, the Compact Busway project supplied and installed by Jiangsu Jiuwei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. for the "Zhuhai Agricultural Products Logistics and Safety Monitoring Center" project was completed, marking the final piece of construction before the building was put into use.
The Zhuhai Agricultural Products Logistics and Safety Monitoring Center project covers a site of over 27,000 square meters, with a total floor area of about 68,000 square meters and a total investment of RMB 262 million. The project consists of three main buildings, the tallest reaching 8 stories, with a connected podium structure below the 4th floor. It was a key project for Zhuhai Agricultural Holding Group during the 13th Five-Year Plan period and a major livelihood project for Zhuhai. It is an integrated agricultural products distribution complex combining wholesale and trade, processing and distribution, cold-chain transport, logistics and warehousing, quarantine inspection, operations management, e-commerce, and related support services for five major categories of agricultural products — vegetables, fruit, dried goods, frozen products, and live aquatic products — serving the Zhuhai-Zhongshan-Jiangmen region as well as Hong Kong and Macau.
On July 27, 2017, the "Zhuhai Agricultural Products Logistics and Safety Monitoring Center" project, invested in and built by Zhuhai Agricultural Holding Group, officially broke ground. At the groundbreaking ceremony held that morning, leaders from the Zhuhai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the Municipal Food and Drug Administration, the Municipal Ocean, Agriculture and Water Affairs Bureau, the Municipal Finance Bureau, the Municipal Bureau of Science, Technology, Trade and Information Technology, the Municipal Port Bureau, the Municipal Commerce Bureau, and other relevant units attended and delivered remarks.
On April 16, 2019, the topping-out ceremony for the main structure of the Zhuhai Agricultural Products Logistics and Safety Monitoring Center was held at the project site on Gudu Avenue, Qianshan Subdistrict. This is the city's first large-scale agricultural products logistics and safety testing center, providing strong assurance for the safety of agricultural and sideline products across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The center will offer authoritative, comprehensive third-party food and agricultural product testing services to the public, ensuring the safety of what people eat.
