High-Rise Building Project: Anhui Bozhou Huafu Eaton Busway Project Completed Successfully

      Anhui Bozhou Huafu Eaton Manor is Hualun International's second high-end residential project in Bozhou, following Huafu Emerald Manor. The project is located at the intersection of Tangwang Avenue and Duzhong Road, west of the city hospital, adjacent to a 220,000-square-meter cultural park to the south. With a total floor area of 410,000 square meters, it is a lakeside residential community built in a pure English style, comprising villas, 11-story low-rise apartments, and other property types, with unit sizes ranging from 90 to 150 square meters.
     The Huafu Eaton plug-in busway project follows a common layout: after leaving the distribution room, the busway is installed horizontally to the ground floor, then vertically up the riser shaft to the top floor, with a busway plug-in box installed on every floor. One unique aspect of this project was that the riser shaft position on the basement level was offset rather than vertically aligned with the shaft positions on the first and second floors above ground. For fire safety, all shaft cable openings required fire-stopping: cement-based fire sealant was used for the shafts, while the horizontal run in the distribution room used PVC fire-stop material. The project was completed successfully.
