Factory Project: Jinying Heavy Machinery Engineering Co., Ltd.

      Jinying Heavy Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. (commonly known as Jinying Heavy Industry, English abbreviation GEMAC) is headquartered in Xiangyang, Hubei Province. Founded in 1958 under the Wuhan Railway Bureau, it is a wholly state-owned equipment manufacturing enterprise. The company has since grown into a group-level enterprise centered on the R&D and manufacture of railway engineering machinery. It has total assets of RMB 1.68 billion, 2,015 employees, and generated output value of RMB 1.8 billion in 2013. Jinying Heavy Industry's leading products span four major product lines and 56 models — heavy-duty track vehicles, electrified railway catenary construction and maintenance vehicles, large and medium-sized track maintenance machinery, and urban rail transit engineering vehicles — widely used in railway infrastructure and power supply system construction, maintenance, and inspection. Its heavy-duty track vehicles and electrified construction/maintenance vehicles hold a 65% market share.
     Jiuwei Busway supplied the plug-in busway for the power distribution in Jinying Heavy Industry's wheelset workshop, primarily using 1000A, 400A, and 250A busway. The supply and installation for this project have been successfully completed.
