High-Rise Building Project: Hefei Public Security Bureau Technology Building Project

The Hefei Public Security Bureau built its operations and technology building east of Huizhou Avenue in Baohe District, on the northwest side of the intersection of Qinghai Road and Huanghe Road. The project covers a site of 26,668 square meters, with a total floor area of approximately 39,400 square meters — 32,016 square meters above ground and 7,384 square meters below ground — and a total investment of RMB 212.2391 million.
The project primarily used 2000A and 2500A plug-in busway. The original design called for a plug-in junction box to transition between the 2500A and 2000A sections. After consulting with the design institute's engineers, Jiuwei Busway recommended using a variable-capacity T-tap tee joint instead, which was superior to the junction-box transition in terms of cost, performance, and electrical safety in every respect. The project was completed successfully on schedule.
